The pit bikes, minicross, quad and other items not approved for driving on public streets, are competing products solely for sporting, therefore are not included in the Consumer Goods Act and are not subject to standard warranty. However in SEVIMOTOR offer our customers the convenience and satisfaction of enjoying your guarantee on all our items.

All products that are not suitable for registration will have one month warranty on parts from your purchase, which will include only factory defects and no misuse of product. Defective part is replaced by an entirely new one at no cost and the customer will have to pay only the cost of postage and labor if they so requisiera. To do this you must send photo or video in order to assess and verify the status of the part. Once the warranty to be processed by the new piece will be sent postage due. It's one of the advantages we offer to our customers, which as is well known, no one gives any warranty on pit bikes and mini bikes. We can afford to offer it because we have total availability of spare parts up to 95% of the pieces throughout the year

All those who are certified and have matriculables warranty 1 year parts and other engine brand elements as Spanish law currently in force.

In those other items that are not engine your warranty is 2 years.
